We got married in Las Vegas, at the Paris Casino. The ceremony was at 2:00 PM on October
11th, 2008.
Please check the schedule for details. You can use this map to find all of our wedding event locations.
While we regret having to keep the size of the party small in Las Vegas, there will be two parties a few weeks
after the wedding. Al and Nora Galland will be hosting a party for friends and family in the NY area. Gina and I
are also planning to throw a party in Boston.
For those who couldn't make it to Las Vegas, but still want to share in the ceremony, there are two options:

Westgate Resorts is a timeshare company. They offer various packages that include two to four night stays at Planet Hollywood.
You listen to their timeshare shpiel, and they'll give you tickets to a show or gambling chips, your choice.
Virgin America started once daily non-stops from JFK to Las Vegas for $159 each way.

- Taxi from the airport - tell them not to take the tunnel!
- Shuttles from airport - there are lots of shuttles running all the time.
- The monorail system runs on the south side of the strip from MGM to Sahara. Per ride is $4.00 so you want to buy a day pass or 3 day pass depending on what your needs are.

- Free tram service from Mirage to Treasure Island
- The Deuce Bus (Double Decker) - This goes up and down the strip and downtown. You can buy a day pass for $5.00.
Cabs can only pickup at a hotel location. The attendant that calls one for you expects a tip, so be prepared.
- Circus Circus has an amusement/ride center. However, it is located at the north end of the strip, so it is somewhat out of the way.
- Treasure Island - Siren show. A pirate ship battle. Good show, as long as your kids can handle the scantily clad maidens. Shows are nightly at 7, 8:30, 10, & 11:30, but get there early to get a good spot.
- Mirage - Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. (see lions, elephants, jaguars), bottlenose dolphin exhibit (you can play ball with Banjo one of the dolphins). Open 10am-5:30pm on weekends (11am on weekdays). Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for children, and free Under 3.

There is food in Vegas for every taste on every budget. From the $4.95 steak dinner at the Ellis Island Casino (off-Strip) to the $0.99 shrimp cocktail at the Golden Gate (downtown)
to the 16-course tasting menu at Joel Robuchon for $360 (MGM Grand), there are options aplenty.
Here are a few of the places we've been to and liked or which come highly recommended by friends.
- Tao (Pan-Asian-Venetian) - Yummy, but pricey. Also has a very trendy nightclub attached.
- Trevi (Italian-Forum Shops at Caesar's) - We haven't been to the restaurant, but they have a wonderful walk up gelati (Italian ice cream) stand on the side. Their "patio" seating area is a prime people-watching point.
- Red Square (Russian/European-Mandalay Bay) - An extensive vodka list, and tasty dishes such as steak tartar and beef stroganoff.
- Isla (Mexican-Treasure Island) - Really good food, great tequila list (they have a "Tequila Goddess" that will aid you in your selection), but we had some attitude issues in the bar/hostess area and the drinks were weak. Others have had better experiences.
- Border Grill (Mexican-Mandalay Bay) - Comes highly recommended, but we have not eaten there.
- JJ's Boulangerie (Pastries/Sandwiches-Paris) - Highly addictive and delicious.
